ON SITE CHECKUP

We understand that not everyone has the time or confidence to dismantle their computer system and take it somewhere for repair. We have solved this dilemma by developing an On-Site Checkup service for your convenience. During On-Site Checkup, our technician will diagnose your computer issues at your location so you experience the shortest down time possible.  For only $39.99, we will send a qualified technician to your doorstep to help get your computer established and running. As an additional benefit, if we determine that your computer needs further work, we will credit your On-Site call fee towards any other service package over $60!

PICKUP

At GPcuztomz, we are also pleased to offer Pickup and Drop-off service in the DuPage County area.  With our Pickup service, a trained technician will come to your location at a time convenient for you and pick up your computer.  We will securely transport your computer back to our facility to run the proper diagnosis. We will report back to you immediately with our assessment prior to performing any further repairs. Then, we will continue to keep you updated throughout the entire process with direct visuals from your technician.  Once the repairs are complete, we will make arrangements to deliver your computer back to your location. Let us do the running for you!

REMOTE CHECKUP

During this service, we can access your computer and run a diagnostics package right from our repair facility.  This may eliminate the need for an at-home or on-site visit. With your authorization, all that is required is an active internet connection. Once you have scheduled an appointment, a technician will send you an email with a link to our remote services platform along with step by step instructions on how to connect to us.  It's fast, easy, and convenient!
